1. Scope of Services

We provide professional services including Land Surveying, Civil Construction, Road Projects, Mining Support, and Manpower Supply. Each project is subject to a specific contract or work order which defines the technical scope and deliverables.

2. Quotations and Execution

✔ All quotations provided are based on the initial site data and client requirements.
✔ Any change in project scope or unforeseen site conditions may lead to a revision in costs and timelines.
✔ For Government Tenders, the terms specified in the tender document will override these general terms where applicable.

3. Client Responsibilities

The client is responsible for:
✔ Providing clear and accurate site access and legal permissions for survey or construction.
✔ Providing necessary documents, land records, or maps required for engineering planning.
✔ Ensuring timely approvals to avoid delays in project mobilization.

4. Manpower and Workforce

✔ Workforce deployment (Skilled/Unskilled) is managed as per Indian Labor Laws.
✔ We ensure all statutory compliances including PF, ESI, and Safety protocols for our deployed staff.
✔ The client must ensure a safe working environment for our field engineers and supervisors.

5. Intellectual Property

All survey reports, topographical maps, CAD drawings, and project plans developed by us remain the intellectual property of DAK Survey & Infra Projects Pvt. Ltd. until full payment for the project is received.

6. Limitation of Liability

While we use high-precision instruments (Drones, Total Stations, GIS), we are not liable for delays caused by extreme weather, geological shifts, or government policy changes that fall outside our direct control.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Meerut, Uttar Pradesh.
